Having had their initial training under the “Maestro” in the trade, they have acquired maximum knowledge and experience over the years and have guided the company from strength to strength specializing in furniture and vehicle auctions, Real estate Brokering, valuations and Parate Auctions.

They were the force behind Schokman and Samerawickreme being awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certification for Auctioneering, Valuation and Real Estate Brokering. Thus being the first company in South Asia Pacific to have obtained ISO certification in the field of Auctioneering and real Estate Brokering.

The company has since tied up with internationally renowned realtors such as Savills, Australia and Cushman & Wakefield, India to successfully carry out landmark sales in Sri Lanka.

The two Partners Navinda and Anuja with over 44 Years of experience between them undoubtedly are the most experienced auctioneers in the country.
